Heavy Rain Scene

Heavy rain scene.

I made this scene for the selection of vfx specialisation in the starting of my second year. I used Autodesk Maya nparticles and compositing in after effects. This is my first assignment of compositing in after effects. I'm glad that i was able to achieve this in given time. It was a new experience for me to  create rain simulation  in 3D software and composite the same in after effects. Used the plugin, optical flare for the thunder effect.
